Job summary

HelloKindred in Manchester seeks a skilled SharePoint SME / 3rd Line Technical Specialist to support and evolve their SharePoint estate across on-premises and Microsoft 365. This hands-on role covers upgrades, administration and development, with emphasis on performance, security and reliability.

Responsibilities include leading upgrades, managing SharePoint Online, and providing 3rd line support while collaborating with Microsoft 365 technologies. On-site 5 days a week; BPSS clearance required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate hands-on expertise as a SharePoint SME or 3rd Line Technical Specialist.
• Experience with SharePoint Server 2019 and SharePoint Subscription Edition (SE).
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online within Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate strong hands-on expertise as a SharePoint SME or 3rd Line Technical Specialist.
• Bring substantial experience with SharePoint Server 2019 and SharePoint Subscription Edition (SE).
• Possess strong knowledge of SharePoint Online within Microsoft 365.
• Show proven experience leading or supporting SharePoint upgrades, particularly from SharePoint 2019 to Subscription Edition.
• Demonstrate practical experience in SharePoint administration and development.
• Bring experience providing 3rd line technical support and resolving complex SharePoint issues.
• Understand the requirements for maintaining SharePoint platform performance, security, and reliability.
• Experience with the wider Microsoft 365 stack, including OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange Online, is desirable.
• Familiarity with Power Platform technologies, including Power Automate and Power Apps, is advantageous.
• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot and AI capabilities would be beneficial.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-102) certification is preferred.
• Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) certification is preferred.
• Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) certification is preferred.
• Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900) certification is preferred.
