Job summary

Infinity Quest Limited is seeking a senior ServiceNow consultant with 6-8 years of hands-on ITSM and SPM experience, including custom apps, portal and catalog development. You will guide process improvements and align current processes with ServiceNow best practices alongside customer sponsors and stakeholders.

You will advise Product Owners, help create and refine user stories, prioritize backlog, and ensure outcomes align with the future roadmap.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of hands-on ITSM & SPM experience with custom apps, portal and catalog development.
• Experience leading ServiceNow process implementations and improvements.
• Ability to analyze strategies based on business outcomes and priorities; industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate definition and alignment of current processes toward improvement and best practices.
• Advise Product Owners during engagement in story creation, refinement and backlog prioritisation.
• Collaborate with customer sponsors and stakeholders to align outcomes with the roadmap.
