Job summary
Webologix Ltd/ INC is seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant (BPC) specializing in ServiceNow SPM to lead process improvements and align client processes with best practices. You will guide Product Owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to achieve agreed business outcomes.
You will drive workshops, design customised ServiceNow SPM solutions, and build reports and dashboards while managing risks, governance, and backlog priorities in Agile environments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Process Consulting experience.
- Proven experience leading ServiceNow process implementation and improvement engagements.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- Demonstrated experience working in Agile environments.
- Experience analysing business requirements and recommending outcome-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead process workshops with business stakeholders and process owners.
- Recommend process improvements aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
- Advise Product Owners on backlog prioritisation, story refinement, and roadmap planning.
- Provide guidance on customised ServiceNow SPM implementations and identify deviations from OOTB functionality.
- Support offshore development partners with functional and process-related guidance.
- Identify and communicate risks, issues, and impacts of customisations.
- Gather, design, and build customised reports and dashboards.
