Job summary

OneAdvanced is seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to lead and support ITSM/ITOM projects, build workflows and dashboards, and integrate with external systems. The role requires strong scripting, API integration experience, and ITIL-aligned delivery.

You will collaborate with users, developers, and analysts to deliver end-to-end technical solutions, while maintaining documentation and ensuring scalable, reliable service delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow
• ITSM/ITOM with CMDB and Discovery
• Scripting in JavaScript/Glide within ServiceNow
• APIs and integrations using REST/SOAP
• ITIL-aligned implementations and best practices
• ServiceNow CSA/CIS certifications are advantageous

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist in implementing, configuring, and customising ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM modules.
• Develop and configure workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards in ServiceNow.
• Customise and integrate ServiceNow applications (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Request Management).
• Implement ITOM modules (Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration).
• Perform Discovery configurations, CMDB enhancements and asset management.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems to automate tasks.
• Design integrations using REST, SOAP and other web services.
• Utilise integration hub/orchestration to optimise processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform and integration issues.
• Assist with upgrades and patching to ensure availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document designs.
