Job summary

Vallum Associates in the United Kingdom seeks a senior ServiceNow Programme Manager to lead large, complex service delivery projects. You will guide architecture, design scalable workflows, and drive platform integrations across ITSM/ITOM/ITAM suites.

Strong leadership and coaching are essential to deliver customer value and innovate with AI-enabled processes. You will coordinate workshops, assess as-is processes and define future-state solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables and alignment

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Professional Services / ServiceNow Projects management experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow Platform and ITSM/ITOM/ITAM and platform workflows; solution design and integrations.
• ServiceNow Certifications: CSA/CAD/CIS.
• PMP or Prince2 certifications.
• Leads large and complex engagements and delivery teams with technical leadership.
• Design scalable ServiceNow workflow solutions and architectures aligned to long-term customer objectives; integrate AI into work processes.
• Conduct workshops, assess current-state processes, and define future-state technical solutions applying AI guidance.
• AI tools to streamline workflows, generate insights and support strategic initiatives.
• Review, guide and validate technical deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing and technical documentation.
• Coach and mentor Engagement Managers and Associate Engagement to drive solution quality and customer value.
