Qualifications

• 8+ years of Professional Services / ServiceNow Projects management experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow Platform and ITSM/ITOM/ITAM.
• Relevant certifications CSA/CAD/CIS and PMP/Prince2.
• Ability to lead large engagements and delivery teams with technical leadership.
• Design scalable ServiceNow workflow solutions and architectures aligned to customer objectives, including AI integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead large and complex engagements and delivery teams while providing technical leadership and guidance to customers.
• Design scalable ServiceNow workflow solutions and technical architectures aligned to long-term customer objectives.
• Conduct workshops, assess current-state processes, and define future-state technical solutions.
• Apply AI tools to streamline workflows and support strategic initiatives under guidance.
• Review and validate technical deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing and documentation.
• Coach and mentor Engagement Managers to drive solution quality and customer value realization.
