Qualifications

• 8+ years in Professional Services or ServiceNow project management.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform including ITSM/ITOM/ITAM and platform workflows.
• CSA/CAD/CIS ServiceNow certifications.
• PMP/Prince II certifications.
• Leads large and complex engagements and delivery teams with technical leadership.
• Design scalable ServiceNow workflow solutions and architectures with AI integration.
• Conduct workshops, assess current-state processes, define future-state technical solutions.
• Apply AI tools to streamline workflows and generate insights under guidance.
• Review and guide technical deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing and documentation.
• Coach and mentor Engagement Managers and Associate Engagement to improve quality and value.
