Designs scalable ServiceNow workflows and architectures, integrating AI into processes.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage large ServiceNow engagements, guiding delivery teams and stakeholders.
Review deliverables, configurations, integrations, testing and technical documentation.
Define future-state solutions and architectures aligned to customer objectives; drive quality and value.
Coach Engagement Managers and Associate Engagements to ensure high-impact outcomes.
