Job summary

SmartEdge, Lda seeks an experienced ServiceNow Architect/Lead Developer to drive complex implementations in London. You will design, implement and integrate ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and GRC while ensuring security and regulatory compliance.

Expect collaboration in Agile teams, advanced scripting, and enterprise integration work. A CTA pathway and CIS certifications are highly valued, with strong English communication required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• 5+ years in a ServiceNow Architect or Lead Developer capacity.
• Proven experience implementing multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC/IRM, SPM).
• Deep expertise in: ServiceNow scripting (Client & Server-side).
• Service Portal / Employee Centre experience.
• ATF expertise.
• Strong experience with enterprise integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
• End-to-end implementations from design through deployment.
• Strong security model knowledge (ACLs, roles, domain separation).
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• CTA certification or progress toward CTA.
• Multiple CIS certifications (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SecOps, GRC).
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and enterprise integration platforms.
• Experience supporting audits and regulatory compliance initiatives.
