Job summary

SoftNice UG is seeking a senior ServiceNow Architect/Lead Developer in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on delivering end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC/IRM and SPM, with strong emphasis on security models and enterprise integrations.

You will lead design-to-deployment efforts in agile, regulated environments, and communicate effectively in English. Candidates should have CTA progression or CTA certification, plus multiple ServiceNow CIS certifications.

Qualifications

• Hands-on 8+ years with ServiceNow, in Architect/Lead roles.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end ServiceNow implementations (design to deployment).
• Strong knowledge of security model (ACLs, roles, domain separation).
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC/IRM, SPM modules.
• Experience with REST, SOAP integrations and MID Server.
• Agile methodologies in regulated environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
