N Consulting Global in Greater London is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Architect/Lead Developer to design and deliver end-to-end implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC/IRM and SPM. You will drive architecture decisions, oversee scripting (client and server-side), and lead enterprise integrations using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST, SOAP, and MID Server.

The role requires strong security model knowledge, experience in Agile environments, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• 5+ years as ServiceNow Architect or Lead Developer.
• Proven experience implementing multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC/IRM, SPM).
• Deep expertise in: ServiceNow scripting (Client & Server-side), Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Portal / Employee Centre, ATF, CMDB architecture.
• Strong experience with enterprise integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
• End-to-end implementations from design through deployment.
• Strong understanding of security model (ACLs, roles, domain separation).
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• CTA certification or progress toward CTA.
• Multiple ServiceNow CIS certifications (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SecOps, GRC).
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and enterprise integration platforms.
• Experience supporting audits and regulatory compliance initiatives

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or progress toward CTA.
• Multiple ServiceNow CIS certifications (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SecOps, GRC).
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
