National Highways is seeking a Lead Service Manager to drive DevSecOps-enabled delivery within the Digital Services Directorate across Infrastructure & Platforms. The role requires strategic governance and hands-on delivery with budget responsibility for the DevSecOps practice.

The position is hybrid, with two days per week in the office and some travel to UK offices. You will lead cross-functional teams, shape cloud roadmaps, and ensure value delivery for digital solutions across the transport

Formación

• Extensive knowledge of cloud compute hyper-scalers (e.g. MS Azure, AWS).
• Proven ability to manage a service provider derived DevSecOps delivery team to achieve sprint velocity and outcomes.
• Strong understanding of Agile and ADO principles and processes, applying technical knowledge in project environments.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver strategic outcomes using DevSecOps within Infrastructure & Platforms.
• Manage budget for the DevSecOps practice and managed services contract.
• Prepare governance artifacts for commercial sourcing of cloud compute services and capabilities (e.g., Business Cases).
• Provide input into cloud compute roadmaps for Infrastructure and Platforms.
• Lead the team and coordinate with a Senior Service Delivery Manager / Product Owner and a third-party supplier.
