Job summary

National Highways is recruiting for a Lead Service Manager role within Digital Services to drive DevSecOps delivery and cloud compute strategies. This hybrid position requires two days per week in the office and may be based at any National Highways office in the UK, with travel to team meetings.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of cloud compute hyper-scalers (e.g. MS Azure, AWS).
• Proven ability to manage a DevSecOps delivery team through a service provider.
• Strong understanding of Agile and ADO principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the budget for the DevSecOps practice and managed services contracts.
• Prepare governance artifacts and business cases for cloud compute services.
• Provide strategic input into cloud roadmaps and service delivery outcomes.
• Lead a Senior Service Delivery Manager / Product Owner and coordinate with a third-party supplier.
