Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical/Marine/Control Systems or related discipline; total experience prioritized.
- Significant leadership experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Experience in service/field engineering leadership within power/industrial/marine sectors.
- Solid expertise in power engineering and electrical drive systems with LV/MV equipment knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Lead Engineers; manage performance and development.
- Set technical vision and enforce standards for service engineering; ensure regulatory compliance.
- Oversee full service lifecycle: commissioning, field service, upgrades, retrofits; manage budgets and risk.
