GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Lead Engineer (Service Engineering) to lead a team of Lead Engineers, define technical direction, and ensure high-quality service solutions across industrial, energy, and marine projects globally.

The role involves acting as a senior technical authority, guiding customer-facing solutions, and driving continuous improvement. The position holds responsibility for delivering across commissioning, field service, upgrades, and retrofits, while aligning

Competenze

• Senior leadership and people-management experience in an engineering context.
• Strong knowledge of marine, energy, and industrial sectors is preferred.
• Deep expertise in power engineering and electrical drive systems.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop a team of Lead Engineers with day-to-day direction, performance management and development.
• Set technical vision and enforce standards for the Service Engineering function across projects.
• Oversee full service lifecycle: commissioning, field service, upgrades and retrofits, ensuring regulatory and quality compliance.
• Act as senior customer-facing technical authority translating requirements into viable service solutions.
• Provide specialist guidance on PMS, DP control systems, and shipboard automation architectures.
• Drive continuous improvement through cost-reduction and value-delivery initiatives.
