Qualifications

• Expert in using Service Blueprints, Ecosystem Maps, and Stakeholder Maps.
• Experience in championing the value of Service Design.
• Able to coach and mentor designers and set Service Design standards.

Responsibilities

• Assure successful design and delivery of public services.
• Design, prototype and test seamless online and offline services.
• Build trust with clients by demonstrating the value of Service Design.
