Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Service Designer to lead end-to-end service design workstreams on public sector projects, taking ownership of the approach, outputs and outcomes. You will work independently within multidisciplinary teams to shape services from ideation through to delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience designing services and products.
• Led a service design workstream with multiple clients or projects autonomously.
• Deep expertise with Government Digital Service (GDS) service standards and passing service assessments.
• Experience facilitating workshops, ideation sessions and related activities.
• Hold active SC (Security Check) Clearance.
