Job summary

Faculty is seeking a Senior Service Designer to craft complex service ecosystems across dynamic client environments within our Applied AI division. You will map intricate user journeys, build systemic service blueprints, and align cross-functional teams to drive scalable, AI-enabled solutions.

Facilitate workshops, guide handovers, and translate insights into actionable designs, prototypes and narratives that help clients transform public sector and enterprise services through AI-driven design.

Qualifications

• Advanced user research techniques and turning findings into actions.
• Strong systems thinking for multi-faceted enterprise environments.
• Proven facilitation of client workshops with diverse teams.
• Experience designing, testing and refining service prototypes.
• Ability to produce clear, visually engaging design artefacts.
• Collaborative mindset across data science, engineering and delivery.
• Experience with government or public sector clients is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex user research across client engagements and translate into recommendations.
