National Highways is recruiting for a Senior Service Delivery Manager to lead MIDAS, ensuring operational performance, reliability and continual improvement of a critical roadside technology service. You will collaborate across teams to maximise value and drive service enhancements.

The role is hybrid with two days in the office and may require travel to various UK offices. The Digital Services Directorate focuses on delivering integrated digital, data and tech services across the network.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Operational Technology, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Significant experience managing complex, business-critical IT/OT services in a large-scale operation.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable service improvements via data analysis, stakeholder engagement and supplier management.
• Ability to interpret complex technical information and make decisions in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders and ability to present service performance at executive level.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for operational performance of roadside technology types, primarily MIDAS, and lead fault, event and problem management.
• Analyse performance, manage risks and issues and direct resources for continuous improvement.
• Work with Service design and procurement to feed lessons learned into asset lifecycle.
• Improve performance by building relationships between end-users, suppliers, installers, asset managers and maintainers.
• Own service management and financial governance of contracts, monitoring, reporting and fault/event management.
• Analyze service data, asset health information and incident trends to identify improvement opportunities.
