National Highways is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager for MIDAS to lead the operational performance and continual improvement of this critical roadside technology service.

You will oversee fault/event/problem management, drive service improvements and coordinate with design, procurement, asset managers and suppliers to maximise value across the service lifecycle. The role is hybrid with office days and UK travel.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Operational Technology, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• ITIL qualification (preferably ITIL 4 or V5).
• Experience managing complex, business-critical IT or OT services in a large-scale environment.
• Experience delivering measurable service improvements through data analysis and stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operational performance of roadside technology services, primarily MIDAS.
• Lead fault, event and problem management and drive continuous service improvement.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, asset managers and suppliers to optimise service lifecycle.
• Manage service contracts financially and report on performance and risks.
