Job summary

National Highways seeks a Senior Service Delivery Manager (HADECs) to lead roadside technology services across the Strategic Road Network. Hybrid role requiring two days per week in the office, based at any National Highways office in the UK, with some travel to team meetings.

You will own the operational performance of one or more roadside technology types (Speed Enforcements-HADECs), analyse performance, manage faults and drive continuous service improvement while working with design,

Qualifications

ITIL qualification (preferably ITIL 4 or V5).
Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Operational Technology, Information Technology or related discipline.
Significant experience managing complex, business-critical IT or Operational Technology services.

Responsibilities

Analysing performance, controlling risks and directing resources to improve service.
Leading fault, event and problem management of the service.
Collaborating with design and procurement to feed lessons learned back to the asset life cycle.
Improving performance through strong relationships with end-users, suppliers, installers and asset managers.
Managing service contracts, financial oversight, reporting and governance.
