National Highways is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager (HADECs) to lead the delivery of essential roadside technology services across the UK. This hybrid role requires two days per week in the office and may be based at any National Highways office with travel for team meetings.

You will be responsible for the operational performance of roadside technology, primarily Speed Enforcements, and will direct resources to achieve continuous service improvement while coordinating with design and

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Operational Technology, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• ITIL qualification (ITIL 4 or ITIL V5) preferred.
• Extensive experience managing complex IT/Operational Technology services in a large-scale environment.
• Strong understanding of incident, problem, event and service performance management principles.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders and executive-level reporting.

• Lead the operational performance of roadside technology types (Speed Enforcements - HADECs).
• Analyse performance, manage risks, and direct resources for continuous service improvement.
• Lead fault, event, and problem management of the service.
• Collaborate with service design and procurement to feed lessons learned into the asset life cycle.
• Improve performance by building strong relationships with end-users, suppliers, installers, asset managers and maintainers.
