National Highways is recruiting a Senior Service Delivery Manager (HADECs) to lead the delivery and performance of roadside technology services for Speed Enforcement. The role requires strong incident, problem and service management, with capability to influence senior stakeholders and manage contracts.

The position is hybrid, with two days in the office weekly and travel to National Highways sites across the UK as needed. A relevant degree and ITIL qualification are essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering, Telecommunications, IT/OT background required.
• ITIL qualification (preferably ITIL 4 or V5).
• Strong experience delivering complex IT/OT services in large operations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operational performance of roadside technology types, primarily Speed Enforcements (HADECs).
• Analyze performance, manage risks, and drive continuous service improvement.
• Lead fault, event and problem management of the service.
• Collaborate with design and procurement to feed lessons learned into asset lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with end-users, suppliers, installers, asset managers and maintainers.
• Ensure robust financial management of contracts and reporting.
