Job summary

National Highways is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager (HADECs) to lead the delivery of roadside technology services across the Strategic Road Network. You will oversee performance, risk, and continuous service improvement for Speed Enforcement and related assets.

This hybrid role requires collaboration with end-users, suppliers and asset managers, with two days a week in the office and travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Operational Technology or Information Technology or a related discipline in combination with ITIL qualifications.
• Significant experience managing complex IT/OT services in large-scale operational environments.
• Strong understanding of incident, problem, event and service performance management principles.
• Ability to interpret complex technical and operational information and make informed decisions in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyse performance, risks and issues of roadside technology services and direct resources to achieve continuous service improvement.
• Take a lead in fault, event and problem management of the service.
• Collaborate with service design and procurement to feed lessons learned into the asset lifecycle.
• Improve performance by developing relationships between end-users, suppliers, installers, asset managers and maintainers.
• Oversee service management and robust financial management of contracts, monitoring, assurance and reporting.
