Job summary

National Highways is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager (HADECs) to lead roadside technology services across the UK. You will oversee performance, risk, and continuous improvement for Speed Enforcement technologies and related OT/IT services.

This hybrid role requires two days in the office weekly, with travel to team meetings. You will influence senior stakeholders and coordinate with design, procurement and operational teams to deliver safe and reliable networks.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline with ITIL qualification.
• Significant experience managing complex, business-critical IT or Operational Technology services.
• Experience managing technology services that support operational decision making, infrastructure operations or safety-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead fault, event and problem management of the service.
• Analyze performance, control risks and drive continuous service improvement.
• Collaborate with service design and procurement to implement lessons learned.
• Develop relationships with end-users, suppliers, installers, asset managers and maintainers.
• Oversee service management and robust financial management of contracts and reporting.
