Lithia UK in Derby is seeking a Senior Service Advisor to deliver outstanding customer care in a fast-paced automotive service environment. The role includes estimating, booking service and repair work, invoicing, upselling extras, and supporting the Aftersales team; a full UK driving licence is required.

Formación

• Experience as a Service Advisor in the motor industry.
• Excellent organisation and admin skills; proficient with computer systems.
• Upselling experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain customer service levels while meeting KPIs and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Provide estimates, book and schedule service and repair work.
• Advise on actions and invoice for work performed.
• Inform customers about extras, accessories and value products.
• Be main point of contact and support customers, handling complaints.
• Collaborate with the Aftersales team to ensure a seamless experience.
• Assist the Service Leader as needed.
