Lithia UK in Darlington (Ford) is seeking a Senior Service Advisor to deliver outstanding customer care in our automotive service operations. You will handle estimates, bookings and invoicing, and advise customers on actions and available extras while supporting the aftersales team.

With a passion for cars and strong organisation, you’ll drive customer satisfaction, upsell value products, manage KPIs, and deputise for the Service Leader when needed. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous/current service advisory experience in automotive retail or related sectors.
• Excellent organisation and admin skills with strong IT/system usage.
• Upselling ability and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain customer service levels while meeting KPI targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide estimates, book and schedule service/repair work.
• Advise on actions and accurately invoice for work carried out.
• Inform customers of extras, accessories and value products.
• Be the main contact and support customers, handling complaints.
• Collaborate with aftersales to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Deputise for the Service Leader.
