Senior Service Advisor – Stockport - £33,250 + Bonus – Main Dealership

Our client, a main dealership, is looking for a high-performing Senior Service Advisor to join their dynamic and successful Aftersales team in Stockport.

Role – Senior Service Advisor

Location: Stockport

Salary: £33,250 Basic + Bonus

The Senior Service Advisor role offers a competitive salary of £33,250 plus bonus, along with an excellent benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional manner.
  2. Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken.
  3. Sell additional products as appropriate to customers’ needs.
  4. Advise on timescales and collection arrangements.
  5. Produce job cards on the in-house computer system.
  6. Update customer and vehicle records.
  7. Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy.
  8. Prepare and complete invoices.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Experience in a similar role, as a Service Admin / Service Advisor or similar.
  2. Ability to sell additional products and services to customers.
  3. Experience in using commercial databases.
  4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
  5. Ability to manage multiple tasks.
