Job description

Job Title: Senior Service Advisor

Lookers Stirling Audi is recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team, which includes Service Advisors, Vehicle Technicians, Apprentices, Workshop staff, and our enthusiastic Service Manager, Paul Rafferty.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 8am-5.30pm + 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (paid as overtime)

Responsibilities
  • Booking MOTs, services, and other repair work for customers
  • Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling additional parts/accessories to benefit the customer
  • Liaising with the Aftersales department to organise and schedule appointments based on workload and call volumes
  • Managing a high volume of customers daily, including telephone calls and online booking queries
  • Informing customers of turnaround times and maintaining effective communication during the vehicle's time in the workshop
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating systems accordingly
Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with energy, a warm personality, and a passion for delivering first-class customer service. Excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport, and explaining technical information clearly are essential. Experience with Kerridge/ADP systems and knowledge of other dealer systems is advantageous.

You should be a team player who can also work independently using your initiative. We welcome applicants with experience in a similar automotive role and a passion for cars and customer service.
