JOB TITLE: Senior Fraud Customer Service Advisor

SALARY: £28073

LOCATION: Glasgow

HOURS: 35

WORKING PATTERN: 4-Day Week (Days)

  • Start times between 8am and 10am and end times between 5.45pm and 7.45pm
  • Maximum of 4 out of 7 days (based on a Monday-Sunday week)
  • Maximum of 50% weekend days over a 4-week period

START DATE: 23rd June 2025

We are looking for motivated individuals to support customers from Halifax, Bank of Scotland, and Lloyds Bank brands.

Imagine a worried customer calling about unknown transactions. You will be trained to resolve issues on the spot, protecting our customers and the bank from harm. Your work will have a significant impact.

You will handle inbound calls, using several systems to protect, preserve, and recover our customers' money, supporting them in moments that matter and providing clear resolutions.

No prior financial services experience is required; we will provide comprehensive training over six weeks to support victims of fraud.
