As a Senior Service Advisor, you'll be a key liaison for customers, ensuring a professional and seamless service experience. You’ll lead by example, driving service profitability through expert communication, efficient documentation and the proactive promotion of additional products and services. Working closely with the Aftersales Manager, you’ll also mentor and motivate the service team to achieve departmental targets and uphold the brand’s high standards. Collaboration with workshop, parts, and sales teams will be essential to deliver a smooth and exceptional end-to-end customer journey.
