About the role

We have an excellent opportunity available for a motivated Senior Service Advisor to join our team at Sytner Select Bristol.

As a Sytner Senior Service Advisor, you will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, keep the customer up to date at every stage, and answer any questions or queries they may have. You will liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles are ready on time. Additionally, you will advise customers on our products and services.

This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first. You'll take the time to talk to people, build genuine rapport, and identify exactly what our customers want and need.

Sytner Senior Service Advisors work a variety of flexible patterns, which can typically include weekends, to ensure we provide our customers with the highest levels of service.

About you

Ideally, you will have excellent organisational and administrative skills with good attention to detail. A strong customer service background would be beneficial, as you will be delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a busy and demanding environment.

Working knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous but not essential.

When applying for this role, please consider that we require candidates to have Service Advisor experience within the automotive industry as a threshold level of prior exposure and participation.
