Senior Customer Service Advisor

As our new Senior Customer Service Advisor, you'll play a vital role in this mission. You'll work with market-leading AI tools to deliver world-class customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries with timely, accurate, and helpful information.
  • Manage and optimise AI performance to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Handle escalated customer queries and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Drive 5-star reviews by providing exceptional service and exceeding expectations.
  • Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the Product Development team to stay informed about upcoming products and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Work with Marketing and Operations teams to understand campaigns and ensure efficient order processing.
  • Manage key accounts for top spenders.
  • Delegate tasks related to customer queries, payment disputes, returns, refunds, orders, reviews, and subscriptions.
  • Coordinate with our team in Asia for a seamless customer experience across regions.
