Job summary

Grimes Dyke Primary School is seeking a passionate SENDCO - Inclusion Manager to join the senior leadership team and lead SEND and Inclusion across the school. The role focuses on delivering high-quality learning while nurturing and inspiring students and staff.

The successful candidate will coordinate provision, work with staff, parents/carers and external agencies, and drive improvements in inclusive practice within a welcoming school community.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and its delivery.
• High standards of communication with staff, pupils, parents/carers and external agencies.
• Ability to work as part of a team and meet deadlines.
• Motivate students and peers effectively.
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic approach.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Experience innovating to deliver SEND Code of Practice.
• Experience leading and managing SEND with a proven track record.
• Experience supporting colleagues to improve practice in adaptive teaching.
