Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking a SEND Inclusion Lead in East London to drive high-quality SEND provision and inclusive practice across the school. • Demonstrated leadership in SEND provision within a school.
• Ability to develop, monitor and review SEND support plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate high-quality SEND provision across the school.
• Identify pupils with additional needs and arrange appropriate support.
• Differentiate lessons and monitor SEND progress and outcomes.
• Develop and review individual support plans and EHCP outcomes.
• Collaborate with SENCO, staff and external services to embed inclusion.
