Education Experts in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced School Improvement Consultant with exceptional SEND education leadership to support a large Multi Academy Trust in Northamptonshire. The role is long-term, full-time and field-based, coordinating improvements across up to 12 schools.

You will work with Headteachers, SENDCOs and pastoral teams to raise inclusion and outcomes for SEND, EAL, looked-after children and those in social care, coaching leaders and driving on-site

Qualifications

• UK-based QTS teaching qualification.
• UK leadership qualification (NPQH/NPQSL or NASENCO).
• Experience leading across multiple schools or a Multi Academy Trust.

Responsabilités

• Coach and challenge school leaders to raise inclusion.
