Job summary

Oxfordshire County Council is seeking a senior leader to champion SEND transformation and improvement. As SEND Transformation and Improvement Lead, you will join the SEND and Inclusion Senior Leadership Team to shape strategy, oversee complex programmes and translate ambitious reform plans into real improvements for children and families across Oxfordshire.

You will build partnerships across education, health and care, engage schools and families, use data and evidence to drive decisions, and

Qualifications

Track record of leading large-scale transformation, improvement or reform programmes.
Experience delivering change across complex systems.
Ability to use data, insight and evidence to drive improvements.
Understanding of SEND legislation, policy and statutory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Lead SEND and Inclusion transformation programmes and oversee strategic delivery.
Provide strategic leadership across improvement programmes and ensure value for money.
Collaborate with education, health and care partners to develop new approaches to inclusion and early intervention.
Engage with schools, parent carer representatives and partnership boards to drive continuous improvement.
