Job summary

Class Act Teaching Services is seeking a dedicated SENCO to join a welcoming secondary school in Oxfordshire. This full-time role starts as soon as possible and runs to at least the end of the month, with potential extension.

You will collaborate with teaching staff, parents, external agencies and senior leaders to shape and deliver high-quality SEND provision, ensuring the best outcomes for all students with SEND. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required.
• SENCO qualification or recognised SENCO experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of SEND legislation and best practice.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver effective SEND provision across the school.
• Support students with special educational needs and work with staff, parents and external agencies.
