Class Act Teaching Services is seeking a dedicated SENCO to join a welcoming secondary school in Oxfordshire. This full-time role starts as soon as possible and runs to at least the end of the month, with potential extension.

You will collaborate with teaching staff, parents, external agencies and senior leaders to shape and deliver high-quality SEND provision, ensuring the best outcomes for all students with SEND. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Formación

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required.
• SENCO qualification or recognised SENCO experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of SEND legislation and best practice.

The Role

As SENCO, you will play a key role in ensuring students with special educational needs receive the support and guidance required to achieve their full potential. Working closely with teaching staff, parents, external agencies and senior leaders, you will help shape and deliver effective SEND provision across the school.

We Are Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Previous SENCO experience or a recognised SENCO qualification
• Strong understanding of SEND legislation and best practice
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, families and colleagues
