Class Act Teaching Services is seeking a dedicated SENCO for a secondary school in Oxfordshire. The role runs full-time with a view to extension, starting as soon as possible.

You will shape SEND provision and work with staff, parents and external agencies to ensure students with SEND receive strong support. Applicants should have QTS and SENCO experience or a recognised SENCO qualification, a solid understanding of SEND legislation, and excellent communication and organisational skills to

• QTS or equivalent teaching status is essential.
• Experience as SENCO or recognised SENCO qualification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and best practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEND provision across the school in collaboration with staff and senior leaders.
• Coordinate support for students with SEND and liaise with parents and external agencies.
