Job summary

SSR G&M Ltd is seeking an experienced Security Operations Manager to lead multi-site security operations across our high-profile corporate portfolio in the UK, with travel to London and nearby sites. You will be responsible for delivering contractual security services, developing client relationships and driving operational excellence while ensuring safety, compliance and service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience within corporate security, guarding, military or law enforcement.
• Significant experience managing multi-site security operations.
• Strong leadership experience managing large operational teams.
• Experience within corporate, commercial or financial services environments.
• Excellent client relationship management skills.
• Strong understanding of security operations, risk management and compliance.
• Experience managing KPIs, SLAs and contract performance.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel regularly between sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of security operations across multiple corporate sites.
• Develop strong client relationships, acting as the primary operational contact.
• Ensure the highest standards of physical security, asset protection and customer service.
• Identify operational risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead incident management and support emergency response planning.
• Ensure consistency of service across all locations.
