SSR Personnel Ltd. is seeking a Head of Security to lead the enterprise security function for a world-leading engineering and manufacturing organisation. The role spans physical, personnel and cyber security, risk management, investigations, and resilience.

You will advise the Executive Management Team and Board, and collaborate with government, law enforcement, and security authorities to maintain robust security posture across two sites.

• Senior security leadership experience.
• Enterprise security risk-management capability.
• Extensive physical and protective security knowledge.
• Experience in personnel security and insider-risk management.
• Leadership and people-management with strong communication and influencing skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the enterprise security strategy.
• Lead risk-based security across the organisation.
• Provide authoritative security advice to the Board and senior management.
• Oversee security risk management, assurance, and control testing.
• Oversee Government and security requirements including liaison with authorities.
• Manage physical and protective security across two sites.
• Lead personnel security and insider-risk management initiatives.
• Direct security investigations and incident management.
