Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an Operations Support Manager to oversee security operations, audit compliance, and frontline performance across multiple sites in the UK. You will translate strategic objectives into day-to-day delivery, coach teams, investigate incidents, and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires an SIA licence, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to manage investigations, training programmes, reporting, and stakeholder relationships with HR and external partners to

Qualifications

• Experience in security operations, compliance, or operational support management.
• Strong investigative and employee-relations capabilities.
• Ability to deliver training, coaching, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee crime prevention strategy deployment across sites, ensuring alignment with operating models and instructions.
• Monitor deployment activity and address inconsistencies to optimise resources.
• Conduct site audits for policy and standards compliance and implement corrective actions.
• Lead training, coaching, and development for frontline teams.
• Manage investigations and prepare evidence-based reports in line with policy.
