MARMION is seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a fast-growing, early-stage AI SaaS business in Leeds. You will build a qualified pipeline through intelligent, personalised outbound activity and work directly with the Founder and Sales Lead.

Based in Leeds with hybrid working, you can progress toward an Account Executive role, benefit from equity and uncapped commission, and contribute to GTM growth with access to top tools.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in outbound sales or business development.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with cold outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Comfort with modern GTM tools and CRMs.

Responsabilités

• Build target account lists and prioritise them.
• Generate opportunities through cold calling, email and LinkedIn.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers.
• Qualify opportunities and book meetings.
• Collaborate on marketing and GTM growth activities.
