Based in Leeds with hybrid working, you can progress toward an Account Executive role, benefit from equity and uncapped commission, and contribute to GTM growth with access to top tools.
We are searching for an ambitious SeniorSales Development Representative (SDR) to join a fast-growing, early-stage AI SaaS business in Leeds. Backed by £1.7m in pre-seed funding and now entering its next stage of growth, this is more than a traditional SDR role. You’ll work directly with the Founder and Sales Lead, build qualified pipeline through intelligent, personalised outbound activity, and contribute to the business’s wider go-to-market (GTM) activity.
Rather than relying on high-volume, scripted outreach, you’ll research markets, identify the right businesses and decision-makers, and create meaningful conversations across phone, email and LinkedIn. As your product knowledge grows, you’ll gain exposure to product demonstrations, existing customers and more of the sales cycle, with a clear opportunity to progress towards an Account Executive role.
Experience within B2B SaaS, software, data or technology would be advantageous but isn't essential. Exposure to financial services, M&A, AI-enabled sales tools, marketing or LinkedIn content would also be beneficial.
Our client is an early-stage AI SaaS business developing an innovative platform combining company discovery, market intelligence, contact data, commercial signals and pipeline workflows. The technology helps B2B teams identify the right organisations to target, understand why they're relevant and find the right people to approach. Following early investment and customer growth, the business is now developing its commercial function and preparing for its next phase of growth.
