We are searching for an ambitious Founding BusinessDevelopment Representative (BDR) to join a fast-growing, early-stage AI SaaS business in Leeds. Backed by £1.7m in pre-seed funding and now entering its next stage of growth, this is more than a traditional SDR role. You’ll work directly with the Founder and Sales Lead, build qualified pipeline through intelligent, personalised outbound activity, and contribute to the business’s wider go-to-market (GTM) activity.
Rather than relying on high-volume, scripted outreach, you’ll research markets, identify the right businesses and decision-makers, and create meaningful conversations across phone, email and LinkedIn. As your product knowledge grows, you’ll gain exposure to product demonstrations, existing customers and more of the sales cycle, with a clear opportunity to progress towards an Account Executive role.
