Job summary

Vendavo is expanding its sales development team and seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative. You will identify ideal customers and initiate early conversations through outbound campaigns, events, and coordinated marketing, guiding prospects through the initial stages of the commercial lifecycle.

You will qualify leads, research target accounts, and collaborate with Account Executives to secure high-quality meetings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years related work experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Fluent English and German speaker.
• Proficiency with sales tech stack and ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage target accounts using Vendavo’s profile.
• Lead outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, LinkedIn) with research-led messaging.
• Qualify inbound leads and move opportunities forward.
• Build understanding of Vendavo solutions and articulate value to prospects.
• Mentor and train new SDRs; participate in weekly pipeline reviews.
• Support forecasting and data management for the sales cycle.
