Job summary

Vendavo is expanding its sales development team and seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative. You will identify ideal customers, initiate conversations, and build early relationships through outbound prospecting, targeted campaigns, events, and coordinated marketing activity.

You will guide prospects through the early stages of the commercial lifecycle, qualifying interest and fit, and securing high-quality meetings for Account Executives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years related work experience; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding lead generation and new account development targets.
• Fluent English and German speaker.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; outbound calling and email outreach.
• Proficiency with our sales tech stack: Salesforce, Gong, Common Room, Claude; AI tools awareness.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage target accounts with outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, LinkedIn).
• Qualify inbound leads using criteria to move opportunities forward.
• Build understanding of Vendavo solutions and articulate value to prospects.
• Lead team meetings, share learnings, and contribute to pipeline reviews.
• Support forecasting, data management, and sales tech stack reporting.
