Job summary

University of Surrey in Guildford invites applications for a Senior School Administrator within the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences. You will provide PA and administrative support to senior academics, manage diaries, coordinate travel, facilitate meetings, take minutes, and prepare documents.

This role also includes event planning and line management of the School Administrator, with onsite work at least three days per week.

Qualifications

• Well organised with strong administrative skills.
• Experience in PA support and diary management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide PA and admin support to Head of School, Associate Dean Research & Innovation, and Associate Head External Engagement.
• Manage diaries, travel, meetings and minute-taking; prepare documents.
• Plan and assist with school and Faculty events and conferences; line-manage the School Administrator.
