Job summary

CEVA Logistics in the United Kingdom (Slough) is seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst with strong CRM Analytics expertise to bridge business and IT, shaping Salesforce Sales Cloud and Tableau CRM implementations across an international environment.

You will translate business needs into functional solutions, design dashboards and reports, ensure data quality and drive user adoption within Sales, Marketing and Data teams. Strong communication and Agile experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Proven experience with CRM Analytics / Tableau CRM.
• Experience designing dashboards, reports and analytics solutions.
• Good understanding of CRM data models, data flows and data quality.
• Ability to structure and challenge complex business requirements.
• Experience with business/IT stakeholders in an international environment.
• Strong exposure to Agile environments with user stories, backlog and sprints.
• Experience with functional testing and UAT.
• Excellent communication skills, both business and technical.
• Autonomous, structured and delivery-oriented mindset.
• Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and challenge requirements from Sales, Marketing and Data teams.
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria and test cases.
• Design and optimize CRM processes within Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Design, maintain and enhance CRM Analytics / Tableau CRM dashboards and reporting.
• Translate business questions into analytics and reporting solutions.
• Ensure the quality, consistency and relevance of CRM data used for reporting and analytics.
• Manage and maintain the functional backlog and contribute to prioritization.
• Coordinate business, IT, CRM and development stakeholders throughout delivery.
• Lead and support functional testing and UAT.
• Support releases, go-live and user adoption.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of CRM processes, reporting and analytics capabilities.
